Plated Dessert Five

Sticky toffee pudding! Yummers! Topped with a roasted fig, the sticky syrup the cake was soaked in was reduced to make a sauce with candied almonds stuck in it, a caramel cage was made to hold the ice cream, of what flavor I cannot remember... most likely vanilla bean.

Edit: Caramel! It's caramel ice cream!
